When I try to add the licence info this is what appears. What should I do?

Can you share your account number so I can look into this? Your account manager should work with you and assist with using the Ansys Licensing Portal if that is how they would like you to obtain your license.n

The ASC on the account should have received an email that the entitlements are available and ready to be activated. 1) Please update the version of the ANSYS License Manager, available from https://download.ansys.com/Current+Release.n2) In your C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\ansyslmd.ini file, please reference DESKTOP-P5J4K17 rather than a244a197. You can open the file with a text editor and then save it to your desktop. Modify with the correct hostname, and save it. Then copy/paste it back to C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Shared Files\Licensing\ replacing the existing copy.nnThanks,nMattn
