Ansys EmployeeHello,
Which version of the software are you using? This looks like it is probably a bug, but it may be difficult for us to track down without your project files. Unfortunately we are not able to have files shared with us through the forum, but if you have a customer account number, please go to the Ansys Customer Portal and create a support request.
As a workaround, you should be able to use AqwaReader or AqwaGS to access the PLT file. AqwaReader is a command line utility which can create text output files, and is probably the easiest option; the user manual is here. AqwaGS is the old post-processor from the pre-Workbench days, and the user guide is here.
I hope this helps.

SubscriberHi, I am using the version for 2024. The problem is that the two cables' tensions don't show in the time response analysis and their maximum values are as -inf. Â I tried to take the results of the tensions I deleted the two cables and added them again but at that time, the next cable's tension results were unseen.Â

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Please have a look at using AqwaReader to retrieve the cable tension results. This data will exist in the Aqwa solver results file, but they may be a bug in Aqwa Workbench that prevents these specific results from being read into the editor. AqwaReader should certainly be able to access the data you need.
