Hello Community,

I am calculating 10 maxwell projects in parallel, each one on one core of my CPU. For parallelization, I use the matlab parallel pool. Each worker creates a handle for Ansys Electronics Desktop via actxserver, and then opens the project. Unfortunately all of the projects are opened in one Desktop, which leads to waiting times between the projects. The easiest approach would be to open one desktop for every project. But I wasn't able to get there. Is there a way to do so?

It seems to me that we could not open multiple interface of AEDT and ProgID is just 'Ansoft.ElectronicsDesktop' or with version number like 'Ansoft.ElectronicsDesktop.2020.2'.

Hello HDLI, thanks for your answer. It's a shame. I think I will rewrite my code and use optimetrics instead.
