Only “Speos” available in Analysis Systems

  Hi everyone!
  I recently downloaded the Ansys Student software and was looking to run a Steady State Thermal Analysis, but when I opened Workbench, I could only find the "Speos" Analysis System. I have posted an image below.
  Was wondering whether anyone else has encountered this issue and what the solutions are to resolve this.

  Hi,
  May I know if you installed package as admin? also from where you installed the package?
  Are you able to run mechanical from start menu? Did you checked mechanical boxes while installation?
