Not able to get my Badge of the learning track

  Hello, I am training on the Anys platform with regard to Lumerical.
  
  My problem is that I can't get the badge: Ansys Lumerical EME — Learning Track Completion Badge
  even though I have completed all 5 individual courses. It's not a browser issue.
  The button doesn't activate, and I can't download it.
  email to ansysbadges@ansys.com couldn't be delivered.
  and I get this message: The group ansysbadges isn't set up to receive messages from
