Hello, I am training on the Anys platform with regard to Lumerical.

 

My problem is that I can't get the badge: Ansys Lumerical EME — Learning Track Completion Badge

even though I have completed all 5 individual courses. It's not a browser issue.

The button doesn't activate, and I can't download it.

email to ansysbadges@ansys.com couldn't be delivered.

and I get this message: The group ansysbadges isn't set up to receive messages from

Hello Ansys Badge Support,

I am following up on my previous email regarding my Viscous Laminar Flows Course Completion Badge.I received the Ansys email confirming that I earned the badge, and the email contains a “View your badge” button. However, when I click it, I am redirected to my badge list, where the Viscous Laminar Flows badge is not displayed.Only my Basics of Fluid Dynamics – Learning Track Completion badge is visible.I need the individual Viscous Laminar Flows badge URL for my EduSkills internship submission.

Could you please provide the badge URL or fix the badge visibility issue?
