I finished the learning path "Getting stared with Ansys Fluent: Beyond the Basics" but i'm not able to collect my badge. I see the button but it does not work and I didn't received any email about the badge. I got all the badges from the single courses but not the one of the learning path. Any suggestions or ways to solve the problem?

• I finished the learning path “Getting stared with Ansys Mechanical” , “Geometry Representation” , “Connecting parts together” , “Structural Boundary conditions” , “Numerically accurate results” , “Results insight” still i’m not able to collect my badgesI didn’t received any email about the badge. I got all the badges from the single courses but not the one of the learning path. it shows 100% completion but I didn’t received any badge so,Any suggestions or ways to solve the problem? Please

 

 

         31st  december 2025 is the last date to apply badges certificate so before it , give me the solution

Hello, I am training on the Anys platform with regard to Lumerical.

My problem is that I can't get the badge: Ansys Lumerical EME — Learning Track Completion Badge

even though I have completed all 5 individual courses. It's not a browser issue.

The button doesn't activate, and I can't download it.
