SubscriberI'm planning to perform a two-stage analysis on a piezocapacitive sensor using ANSYS. Initially, I intend to conduct a static analysis in ANSYS Workbench to examine deformation and stress on the sensor. Subsequently, I aim to perform a capacitance analysis in ANSYS Electronics Desktop. However, I'm unsure about how to transfer the results from Workbench to Electronics Desktop. Could anyone assist me with this process?

Ansys EmployeeHello Mehmet,
   Please see https://innovationspace.ansys.com/forum/forums/topic/coupling-mechanics-and-maxwell-3d/
You need to enable stress feedback in Maxwell 2D/3D > set object deformation, and drag Maxwell solution to Mechanical setup. However, Maxwell only supports some small displacement.
