Missing analysis systems in Workbench Toolbox

  Hello,
  I'm having trouble accessing the full suite of options via my Workbench toolbox(2024R2). I see that this is a common issue and tried all the fixes noted in this forum topic -

  with no solutions. I would appreciate any addtional support in this regard.

  Seems you installed only fluid products.

  Hello, Thank you for the response, the structural products are installed but I seem to have an issue when I run as standalone -

  Have you checked if your license or installation is fully configured? Reinstalling Workbench might also help resolve it and play Monkey Mart.

  Thank you, I just tried a reinstall and still continue to see the same error.
  As an academic user, issues with the ANSYS setup have been really frustrating to resolve - would I be able to request a customer service call to resolve this?
