Miss Toolbox

  not all functions in the toolbox. I have a version R1 2020 for student .what should I do ?

  Open CMD Prompt and enter this command
  
  move "%appdata%ansys" "%appdata%ansys.old"
  
  Does this help with the issue ? If not, enter this command
  
  "%awp_root201%..Shared FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_util" -checkout MECH_STRUCT
  
  and post the output of it here

  what am I doing wrong ?Does it matter if the ansis is installed on drive D?

  you missed the quote at the beginning.
  
  But now i think the issue may be because your username is not in English. Can you try creating a test Windows user account with either English letters or numbers and see if you get the same issue ?
