.mcm import not working in AEDT (2024 R1)

  I am running into an issue where I am attempting to import a .mcm file from Cadence Allegro into AEDT (to use in HFSS 3D Layout). This is my current error message:
  [error] Control File Translation: Extracta view creation failed: extracta run failed: extracta.exe exited with non-zero exit code 2: ERROR(SPMHOD-29): Unable to open design, Design was saved under a newer release and contains features not compatible with this version of software. See the newer release's documentation for any conversion capability.
  This occurs whether I use an .mcm saved with Allegro 24.1, or if I downrev it to 17.4. I have also ensured that extracta.exe's directory is in my PATH environment variable. Has anyone else figured out how to get around this error?
