LS Dyna R11.0 with Rocky Linux 9.2

      Hi,

I have a trouble with R11.0 (both single and double) on Rocky Linux 9.2. I read a post from here (/forum/forums/topic/trouble-running-mpp-ls-dyna-10-20-on-red-hat-8-4/) is there any chance to recompile R11.0 for Rocky Linux 9.2
I just tested my current version with (intel-mpi-2018, intel-mpi-4.0.3 and intel-mpi-4.1.3)
      Here my output

      Hello Emre,

LS-DYNA is not supported on Rocky Linux and there is no plan to support Rocky Linux yet. See the following platform support link:

      https://www.ansys.com/it-solutions/platform-support

To solve your problem, have you tried a more recent version of LS-DYNA? You can download any version here:

      https://ftp.lstc.com/user/download_page.html

Also, have you tried with a different number of MPP cores?

At last, do you have access to a Windows machine or a Linux distribution that is supported?

Let me know how it goes.

      Reno.

      Hi Reno,

      Thanks for info.

We already tried more recent version of LS-DYNA and  with a different number of MPP cores.

Is there any chance to have a beta compilation of the R11 wrt to Redhat 9.2?

      Emre

      Hello Emre,

We cannot provide executables via the Ansys Forum. In fact, Ansys employees are not allowed to upload and download files on the forum.

If you are a commercial customer, please open a new support case on the Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS) and we will see what we can do:

      https://customer.ansys.com

You will find a short course on how to register to the new ACSS here:

      /courses/index.php/courses/ansys-customer-support-space/lessons/registering-for-the-ansys-customer-support-space/

If you are an academic customer, you are not eligible to technical support. In that case, you can contact your Ansys account manager for alternatives.

      Reno.
