Hi, I tried to use the Ansys student free trial version to test the Ansys Motion preprocessor, but it doesn't work due to the license issue. I checked both Ansys Motion postprocessor and Mechanical normally work, so I worried some of the license contents didn't work or I missed something in the installation. Could you tell me how can I solve this problem?

(I tried both 23R2 and 24R1 version.)

What Error are you receiving?
Open Windows File Explorer and place the following in the address line:
%TEMP%\.ansys
This should take you to the .ansys  director under your TEMP directory.
You should see License Debug files.
Do these contain any errors?
