Forum ModeratorIf it's Student R19.2 the licence expired in September. The current release is 2019R3, so you may want to update. Have a look for the sticky on renewing licences if you want to continue with last year's software.Â

SubscriberFrom the posts I came across, I am concluding I will have to download the entire package again.! Is there any other way to go about this problem, without downloading the entire 5 GB package for a license file?

Ansys EmployeeSorry, the answer is 'no' . The post that Rob mentioned is intended to be as a 'workaround' for those who still want to use old versions of ANSYS.
Normally, you will have to use only the versions that are currently available on the download page.
