License Problems – “Connection timed out while reading data.”

  Hello,
  I get the following error message when trying to start Workbench:

  Have your IT Department check the License Server Firewall.
  Ensure that the following are added to exceptions:
  lmgrd.exe
  ansyslmd.exe
  ansysli_server.exe
  On your machine, verify that ansyscl.exe is added to firewall exceptions.

  Hello,
  So, I am currently facing a similar issue. I keep getting the same error message and all the essential tools in the toolbox are missing. I can confirm ansyscl.exe has been added to firewall exceptions. How can I get past this error?
