license problem – student software

  Dear Sir/Madam
  I've got ansys academic about half a year ago.
  Recently, my computer stopped working and during the repair motherboard was replaced. Since then, i can't use ansys - there is no tools in toolbox and i get license error message (see attached printscreen).
  
  I've tried to uninstall and reinstall ANSYS based on the license forums - with no success.
  
  How can i continue using ANSYS?
