      Hello,nPlease verify if the arcnode services were started on the compute nodes and if the compute nodes were correctly added to the queuesnlook up arcstatus and arcqueues in documentationnif the ossue continues then can you right click in the RSM job log and click show debug messages and post screenshots of the log nthank youn

      nI configures as per documentation but get this errornthe log file for RSM and there is no log file arcnodenn

      the arcnode process is not reached even if it connected to master service and the arcnode is running on compute noden
