Hello,

Has anyone had issues with getting a Intel UHD 770 graphics card working with Ansys Discovery. The product launches, but we can't see the explore function. there are no errors. I have tried compatibility util tool - and it passes. There isn't an error on start up on anything in the software, just the fact explore is missing. I have tried latest driver. I can confirm it has 8GB ram allocated to graphics.

The school are desperate to you use this software and bought really expensive machines that seem to meet the specs listed. Please can some one advise.

Hello Antony, 

We need dedicated graphics card for Discovery. Please refer this Ansys Discovery Hardware Requirements (2024 R2) - Ansys Knowledge for more information. 

For Explore to work Dedicated NVIDIA GPU, Maxwell series or newer is needed. Are you using Student version of Discovery here and which version?
