Is this RPM in the Ansys AEDT Icepak help document is nominal RPM of the fan?

  Hi. I am reading the Ansys AEDT Icepak help document and am not able to know if this RPM that needs to be provided in the swirl properties of the fan in Ansys AEDT Icepak is the nominal RPM of the fan. This is not written explicitly in the document if it is nominal RPM or something else. I have encircled that RPM tem in the image
