Insufficient license count available after purchasing 5

  I've bought 1 Ansys license with 5 tasks hoping to use multiple computers to run Ansys at the same timne. Our license server is set up on one PC and it works well. However, I am trying to access this license to start a different task on another PC.
  
  I was able to install Ansys successfully and point this computer to the license server, however when I try to open a .aedt file I get the following error:
  
  "Insufficient FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license count of hfss_gui are available for use, only 0 of the requested 1 tasks were available."
  
  This seems to me that we have an insufficient number of seats for this license, but we have 5 available as verified in the Ansys License Manager under View Current License Usage. I would like to know why I'm getting this error and how to correct it so I can use Ansys. Thanks!

  The hfss_gui in your message is a License Feature used in a very old version of HFSS (AEDT).
  If you have recently purchased an Ansys license, please check with the latest 2025R1, and use 2025R1 for License Manager as well as Electronics.
