This shows you can't ping the server, which will prevent license access. Perhaps PING is disabled, can you open Windows Powershell and run this command and send the output?

It seems that the connection is prevented by something.
How could I fix this issue?

This is something you would need to work with IT to resolve. There are likely firewalls in the way, or other network restriction preventing access.

I got this from the IT team.
I reviewed the steps that were taken with Ansys. Since both devices are on the same network, there is no firewall in between. Most likely, there is a local firewall on your new ansys server that needs to be modified to allow the trafic.

I am trying to access the license server we set.
However, when I start Ansys Electronics Desktop, it shows this error message.

Please make sure the port for the ansyslmd daemon is open on the license server firewall. You can set ansyslmd to a static port by adding it in the license file on the VENDOR line.
For example:
VENDOR ansyslmd PORT=1056
