Installation error in ANSYS hompage

  I have a problem installing ANSYS student 2020 R1.
  
  I ordinarily installed and used this program, but after uninstall and re-install this program, I failed to re-install.
  
  What can I do to re-install and re-use this program?
  
  I attached homepage error messages.
  
  help me please.

  Can you try a different browser ?
  
  If that doesn't help, try from different network/internet connection (e.g., from your mobile hot-spot) ?
