SubscriberHello Good People,Â
I am trying to simulate a simple solenoid coil in ANSYS Maxwell. Later this maxwell will be linked to transient thermal for thermal calcualtion. I have run the simulation but after analyse, I dont get any temperature plot. I dont understand why i am getting this. Is there any tutorials or webinar on inudction heating simulation. I have looked into the forum and tried using the links in different but they dont work for me because, i dont have the customer number as i am a student.Â

Forum ModeratorHi @Asif ,
Maxwell simulation alone will not give you thermal details.
Please refer to the below free course to perform thermal analysis.

SubscriberHello, I need to use transient thermal for this simulation. I have looked at the course you provided. Will icepack give me the same result as transisent thermalÂ

SubscriberTry to create a spline which connects both Coils. And the video has a command where it shows how to do a sweep. And use that sweep to make a solid profile and combine the two coils
