SubscriberHi All,
I am new to using Ansys ICEPAK AEDT. My main intention of using it is to be able to a Steady State and a Transient Thermal Analysis on a PCB. I have a Simple Model of a PCB from my friend and would like to import (.stp file) the model and make necessary CAD changes and solve the model. The model does not contain any heat sinks and I am currently trying to run it using natural convection (Steady State). It effectively has a mosfet, two resistors, a PCB and two screw terminals on a 2- layer PCB. I am trying to search online for relevant information but I am not able to get step by step guide for me to run a dummy analysis so I can learn the software. If you all are aware of any resources for the same, it would be really helpful if you can sharethose links. Thank you so much in advance.
Kind Regards,
Naresh
