How to export shell mesh element data with material no and shell thickness?

  Hi,
  Greetings of the day!
  I am trying to export the mesh data from a shell mesh. I am able to export the elemental data, which contains, element no, element name, nodal no, only. I also require the shell thickness and material name or material no. How to export elemental data with material name and shell thickness?

  I am taking about ansys mechanical application. I have created a named selection for all element in the shell mesh and right click export. Using this i have exported. Is there any other way we can do this?

  Hi Kavi
  Select the Solution object in the Mechanical tree, then in the upper right of Mechanical select the 'Write Input File'. If you have an assembly and only want some parts, then first suppress the unneeded parts then write the input file.
