  Sir I'm asking about how to apply simple supports to a concrete beam which is at a distance of 200mm from the both edges.

  Just fix the upward/vertical displacement of a steel plate that is connected at these locations on the RC beam - so split the steel plate in half and apply the vertical upward restrain on that split edge that will be OK. See sketch below
