how to access my certifications???

  I'm a student and was given free access to multiple certification courses when an ANSYS team visited my university, I've completed and passed the concept and simulation exams for two of the certification courses, how can I access any proof of the certification? I've checked credly but it shows nothing

  I see on Credly that you have earned "Foundations in Structural Nonlinearities using Ansys Mechanical" certification. If you still haven't received it, feel free to mail us aic-help@ansys.com
