How do I insert a new HFSS design

  The ANSYS electronics download from my university installed the following:
  
  Electronic Desktop, EMIT, Savant, SIwave, and Twin Builder.
  
  When I open the electronics desktop, it auto opens twin builder. How do I start a new HFSS project?
