Error Running HFSS simulation, hangs at the start of a frequency sweep

I am trying to run a HFSS simulation, and it just hangs at the start of a frequency sweep.

Please note that I had deleted all version of HFSS and then reinstalled HFSS 2023 R2.  Before uninstalling HFSS, I needed to use Task Manager and delete all processes associated with MPI.

Please that the following error “Solution Setup” was corrected before running the simulation.  (See screenshots attached)

Thank you for any input to resolving this

      Hi,

Thanks for asking question in Ansys Learning Forum.

Please check the error tolerance of interpolating sweep in the Edit Frequency Sweep dialog box under Interpolation tab. You can relax it further to converge interpolating sweep. e.g. if it is 0.1% currently, you can increase it to 0.5% to relax the tolerance.

      Hi,

Unfortunately, making changes to the frequency sweep did not help. Still got errors. See below

Original Error Tolerance was 0.5%. This value was increased to 1.0%

After waiting for some time, HFSS responded with the following errors.

      Hi,

You can try simulating some other HFSS example file at your end and check if it is happening with other file as well. You can find them in the following location.
