HFSS Impedance under a specific plane section

I have a question, how to view the impedance at a specific location in HFSS。
I have used the deembed function on the wave port, but when I change the distance in the deembed setting, I still cannot see any change in the impedance of the distance in the result.
How should I set it up so that I can see the impedance at different cross-sectional positions?

You can define the deembedding distance as a post-processing variable and then sweep the values in the report:
