Ansys EmployeeHi Jabez,
Please make sure your username and computer name have simple English characters in them.
You could try creating a new user on your machine with the name:
ABC
And see if that helps.
Thank you,
Jake

Ansys EmployeeHi Jabez,
Please open a command prompt (Start -> Type CMD -> Click on Command Prompt)
Enter the command
whoami
Then enter:
hostname
Please post a screenshot of those results.
Additionally please post a screenshot of each of the tabs in dxdiag by doing the following:
Start -> Run -> DxDiag.exe
Thank you,
Jake

Ansys EmployeeHi jabez,
It looks like there are special characters in the Domain that you are logged into.
Can you create a new local user, and log in with that and try it?
Basically with the new user if you run "whoami" it would say something like testuserJabEZ.
If you can get that, then you know you have done it correctly.
Also, your graphics drivers for the Intel Card and the AMD Card are a year old. Please update those to the latest versions as well.
Thank you,
Jake
