  2 Lenses in same plane and 2 individual gaussian beam passing through each lens and focuss at same plane on same point . How to design this in zemax.

  I think you are looking something like a lenset array (for example: Microlens Array in Sequential Mode), I would suggest to explore our knowledge base. There you can find descritpions on how to do these designs, either in sequential or in non-sequential mode.
