Hi, I need your help guys.
I tried to use APDL to apply pressure penetration(70MPa) for the rubber. The analysis contains 4 steps. The rubber is firstly compressed in 3 steps. APDL is applied in the last step.
The fisrt 3 steps can converge.
However, the last steo can't converge.
The screen shots are listed.

Hi MC cao,
I looked over the screenshots you had included. It appears to be experiencing element distortion. Could you verify the elements at which location are distorted and also check for Newton-Raphson residual plots? Is it at the contact face or the face where the pressure is applied? Please check the below video which discusses various solutions related to element distortion.
Thanks,
