how to apply differnt orientation for differnt materials in composite part

You can use "Element Orientation" in Mechanical. See help doc: 6.13. Element Orientation (ansys.com)
You can right click on Geometry and insert element orientation. In details of element orientation, select the body and specify the element coordinate system direction. X is usually the fiber direction, Y is the transverse direction, Z is the ply layup direction
Or you can use ACP Pre (Ansys Composite Prepost) to build the composite part. ACP User's Guide (ansys.com)
