Fatal Error when launching workbench

  I am new to Ansys. I installed student version of 2024R2 Ansys. This error pop out when I try to launch Workbench. Besides that, I didn't see Spaceclaim open when I double clicked it. I noticed that in Task Manager, Spaceclaim will launch and turn off itself without any reason.
  Any suggestion or solving method given is appreacited.
