I used ansys spaceclaim to generate by geometry (attached) also used share topology option. But unecessary interior is developed between Insulation and Aluminuim channel, Insulation and battery. Please help me out

Have you defined a wall between the solid zones? Fluent must have a surface bounding any volume zone to apply boundary conditions to; interior is a type of surface that doesn't do anything in the model other than provide a means to ID that bounding surface.
