Error – numerical problem size limits

  Hello I have a problem with my student license, which I'm using for my master thesis. I study beam and its eigenshapes under special condtions. The beam might be up to 6 m. When I run the calculation for 3m channel I receive an error which did not appear for a case of 2m channel. What can I do to receive results as student?

  I tried to contact Ansys via salesforce but I could not find account number (I guess due to student license).

  Ansys Student support is purely via the Forum, along with the Academic licences. There is no customer number with the Student licence.
  You've hit the solver cell count limit. Ansys Student (and Teaching) is designed for learning on, and has a cell limit to prevent it's misuse for "real" projects. It's covered in the same section where you downloaded the software.

  Please talk to your supervisor to access the Campus licence: you need Research level.
