ERROR IN SETUP STEP

  Hello, while I complete the geometry and mesh modes without any problem when I go to the setup I get the message I attached to you in a photo. Does anyone know what it is and how to solve it ?

  Hello,
  Try the following:
  Close all ANSYS programs.
  Browse to:
  %APPDATA%\Ansys\
  
  Rename v231 directory to v231.old
  (Change v231 to the version you are using)
  
  Now try to run.
