I am constantly getting this Error whenever I am trying to run HFSS’s Analyze.

Error in HFSS: "Unable to create child process: hf3d. Please contact ANSYS technical support"

If you are running locally
Try running without your firewall being enabled t test if the firewall is blocking mpi.
Also, are you running with vpn ?

I tried the firewall and made sure mpi is an allowed app, it didn't work.
.Yes, I am running with a VPN since my license is from my University and because of COVID I have to connect via VPN off-campus to activate my license.
Is there any way to fix it with the VPN connection?
