Error in ANSYS 2024 R2 Student version. empty toolbox

  I have installed ANSYS 2024 R2 and an error message pops up after opening the workbench - " ANSYSLI excited or could not read server port ". I had the same issue with the 2024 R1 version. I tried reinstalling and there was no change in the scenario. Also, the toolbox doesn't have any Ansys tools...
