Error downloding Ansys 2024 R2

  Hi,
  I have this error when trying to download Ansys. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this please?

  Hi,
  Did you ensure that you extracted the zip file prior to trying to install? Could you provide the contents of this file? If it shows a size of 0kb, try deleting it and then run your install again.
  
  %APPDATA%Ansysv242ProdConfiguninstall_data.data file?

  The same error occurs whenever I try to install it. I have tried downloading it multiple times, but the error persists.Sometimes, this error appears.
