How battery electrochemistry models(ECM,NTGK & Newman P2D ) & battery solution models (Circuit network method,CHT coupling,MSMD ) depend on quality of mesh...? Is there any criteria of Mesh which is preferred ?

There is no specific type of mesh as it depends on the geometry, complexity, resources available, etc. If you are looking for an example, please see the battery tutorial in the Ansys Help Manual Fluent Tutorials (ansys.com)
