Curl Error (35) SSL connect error

  A customer of us has Problems while Licensing Spaceclaim. He gets the Message: Curl Error (35) SSL connect error... When trying registation in a Dos-Command Window he see the same Message. All Ports, listed in the forum, are not blocked. -ansys-fno.flexnetoperations.com -account.ansys.com -login.microsoftonline.com -subscription-api.ansys.com -login.live.com -ocsp.digicert.com -c.urs.microsoft.com Any Idea. what can he do ?
