 I wanted to know how to create two movements at the same time on Ansys Maxwell ?

  For a motion band in Maxwell 2D or 3D Transient, movement is restricted to 1 degree of freedom only: either as rotation (spinning) or as translation (in X,Y, or Z direction). Also, you can have multiple non-touching bands in a given project, each having different type of motion.

Thank you, in fact I work on ansys maxwell 2D and I wanted to rotate two rotors at the same time, 
on the Help there not how to do it
