Hi, I am a student at UCL and our University doesn't have licensing for OpticStudio. I downloaded the student package, but I couldn't access the app. What should I odo?Â

The list of software in Student is here https://www.ansys.com/en-gb/academic/students/ansys-student and doesn't look to include OpticStudio. Please ask your project supervisor/Prof to get in touch using the "contact us" button on ansys.com  As UCL is in the UK, albeit in the weird bit inside the M25, a colleague can discuss options quite easily.Â

Did you get the Ansys OpticStudio version from here?Â

If so there is a bug with it. After installing, you have to launch it the first time as administrator so it will configure the license properly.
