Cannot open matlab

  After I finished my simulation and want to save the data into the matlab, Lumerical cannot open the matlab.
  
  I have already tried to delete the Matlab2021a and install a older version (Matlab 2018b) but it still does not work. How should I solve this problem? I also followed : https://support.lumerical.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026142074 to setup the path but it still does not work.
  
  Could you help me solve this?

  Sorry, we cannot open attached files. Please copy and paste the image into your post. Which version of Lumerical are you using? Try to add the Matlab and Lumerical installation path into your system/environment. /forum/discussion/28304/ansys-insight-adding-lumerical-environment-variables-on-linux or /forum/discussion/28304/ansys-insight-adding-lumerical-environment-variables-on-linux

  Hi Lito, thanks for your reply. Actually my system is windows. My version of the lumerical is 2021 R1.

  Are you using Windows 10? Try to check your PATH/variables if this has the correct PATH for /MATLAB/R2018b. Run the Matlab registration and check (Step#2) in our KB for the Lumerical to Matlab integration. What is the output of the command from the Lumerical script prompt?
  > matlab("plot(1:10)");

  I think it has been solved. The reason is that my folder contains some chinese characteristics.
