Calculating Induced Current from Current Density

      Hi,

I am currently trying to verify that I am calculating an induced current correctly. I am using Eddy Current mode. What I have done is using the fields calculator I use ComplexMag_J and then use Geometry -> Surface and then Integrate. I am wondering if I have calculated the current correctly? Thanks for any help/advice you can offer.

Integrating ComplexMag_J over the conductor surface returns the peak magnitude of the rotating phasor.   (See Maxwell online help Phasor Notation and General Commands).  Another way is to create a named expression for J_at_phase, integrate this over the conductor surface and plot vs phase.

Hi, Can you please mention the exact expression which you have used for J_at_phase in calculator for named expression as it is unreadable from the picture and it is little bit confusing.
