Hi there,

I tried to build a model in HFSS using the Mesh Fusion function. The model includes an HFSS 3D Layout component, and a 3D component (connector model). When I try to run the simulation, I encountered the issue "Initial Surface mesh generation failed. Automatic fallback is not supported for surface meshes. Please switch to alternative meshes manually." The issue persists even if I followed the instruction. What should I do?

There are several reasons for it and we need to look at your model for more details. Please submit a Service Request from Ansys Customer Portal to address your problem in a better way.
