I have the Ansys student 2023 R1 latest version. I got this error message when I opened Ansys. I reinstall ansys to fix this issue but the issue is not resolved. Anyone can help me to resolve this issue?

Check that your firewall is not blocking ansyscl.

(Try running with your firewall shut down, as a test)

Are there any other messages listed in the log file referenced in the error?

I turned off the firewall and tried to open it.  But the problem is not solved. Also, I turn off both the virus guard and the firewall and tried. But the same thing happened.
