ANSYS student download?? FATAL ERRORT

  Hi.
  
  Ive just followed the installation process for ANSYS STUDENT 2019 R3, and it downloaded fine. I typed in workbench into windows start menu, clicked on it and this came up? Any ideas? I have a windows laptop which is more than capable of running this software.

  Open CMD Prompt, then type
  
  dir /s "%awp_root195%*autofac*"
  
  and post the output of it here.

  I am having this same error message pop up, and redownloads continue to bring the same error - it appears that Autofac does not install. I ran the command posted above and got the following:
  
  C:WINDOWSsystem32>dir /s "%awp_root195%*autofac*"
  
  Volume in drive C is OS
  
  Volume Serial Number is X29Z-2HIW
  
  File Not Found
